Wuxi Shangke Food Co., Ltd., a sister company of Wuxi Huadong Cocoa Food Co., Ltd., was founded in 2002, occupying a total area of 150 acres, with 62000 square meters building area. Employees are well educated and along with heaps of experts in the cocoa field. As the first enterprise to be the member of both Federation of Cocoa Commerce and Cocoa Marketing Company (GH) Ltd. and having possessed ISO9001, QS, HACCP and GMP certifications, we are one of the world's top 500 companies in the field cocoa food production. As the member and vice-president of Chinese Cocoa Association, we built laboratory centers and experimental bases, being the only ones in China to have had a complete fully equipped cocoa field test base.

Our products have been exported to overseas, accounting to 91%, of which 130 countries have had business relationships with us. Moreover, our products are well received in all European and American markets. Strong mutual business relationships have been fostered with all big enterprises from all over the world of cocoa food industry over the years. We are the top-notch enterprise in the field of cocoa production in China, and both the revenue to overseas and value of imported cocoa beans from other countries have risen to 50% in cocoa field in china.

We are professional and competitive, strong capitals and strive to be the largest, yet adopting the latest technologies and equipments for production line. We will introduce cm powder oil co-production work line from Italy for project phase one, with a processing capacity of 38000MT, and will further introduce work line for cocoa liquid from Germany, to further increase processing capacity to 80000MT in 2007, and moving on to 130000MT in 2008. Last but not least, we strive to develop a large-scale cocoa test base in Asia.
